Aburatsubo deathly quiet, thick, deep Deathly quiet, thick Light shines from the bottom
This poem was written by Kitahara Hakushu. I don't know this poet but I feel I understand him. I see his words on the path I didn't expect to find, in the city where tourists don't appear, in the area, where I shouldn't stand. But I am here. I feel I should be here with all myself. I should stand deathly quiet under trees of Miura.
Aburatsubo. This word means "Oil Vase". It comes from the time when hundreds of samurai drowned in the waters of modern Sagami bay and turned it to the sea of blood.
Deathly quiet.
Blackrock Castle Observatory
This 16th-century castle is located on the outskirts of Cork. Blackrock is smaller than you think but it looks like the real fairytale castle.
Imagine a princess in the highest tower. She looks at the stars through the telescope and on a clear night she can see most of the visible Universe.
